Merel de Buck has a PhD in political anthropology and has been working as an investigative journalist at Momus (formerly Platform for Authentic Journalism) since 2019. She focuses on the relationship between Shell and the Dutch government, the coal lobby, gas extraction in Groningen, and more recently, the housing sector in Utrecht. She is also exploring ways to involve the public more in her research.
